The European Institute for Christian Studies will offer an Academy of Parish Leadership focused on Robert’s Rules of Order, the rules by which our Convention is governed. The session will be led by The Right Reverend Matthew Riegel, Bishop of the West Virginia–Western Maryland Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in American (ELCA).
