For your convenience, we have created an easy-to-complete questionnaire for bishops of Anglican congregations across Europe to complete. Applicants may wish to submit their draft application and budget to their bishop along with this template for ease of completion.

Please note that the file must be uploaded at the same time and in the same online form as your application; your congregation's Bishop should return this signed document directly to the applicant for submission. Only submissions made via the online form will be considered by the CRGP review committee.

This letter is only required for congregations which are not members of the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe. If your congregation is currently listed on this page (click here for list), please do not request this letter from The Rt. Rev. Mark D. W. Edington.
